Changing Account Plans

Upgrade or Downgrade your MODX Cloud Account Plan

You can change your MODX Cloud account plan at any time to make sure it is the right fit for your needs or budget. Only owner members of an account may access the account section of the Dashboard.

If you are moving from a trial to paid plan, please review our guide for upgrading to a paid subscription.

  1. At the right side of the Account page, find the box displaying your current plan and click Upgrade or Downgrade Plan to go to the Plans page.

  2. From the top of the Plan page, select the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to.

  3. In the Payment Options section, you can select monthly (default) or alternate payment frequency.

  4. Review the changes to your billing at the lower right of the page and click the Complete Purchase button at the bottom of the form to checkout and complete your payment.
