MODX Revolution’s Best Friend
A “Cloud” is what we call an isolated environment for hosting a site or web application.
There are three types of Clouds you can create and manage:
- MODX—MODX Revolution is automatically installed, with extra support for amazing functionality like easy upgrades, staging workflow, and Snapshots.
- Wordpress—WordPress is automatically installed similarly to MODX Revolution. WordPress Clouds benefit from things like upgrading from the Dashboard as well as backup and restores.
- Flex Clouds—The same PHP/MySQL environments that power MODX Clouds, with nothing pre-installed. They are the blank canvas you need when your projects involve something other than MODX.
