Update Your Payment

Updating Your Payments and Bringing Accounts Current.

You can update your payment to use credit cards, debit cards, or Paypal.

  1. Login to the MODX Cloud Dashboard at https://dashboard.modxcloud.com/
  2. Click on your username in the top navbar to get to the Account page.
  3. At the right side of the Account page, find the box displaying your current plan name in a blue banner at the top. Click the Update Payment Method button near the bottom to go to the Plans page.
  4. You will be redirected to our secure checkout page.
  5. Fill out updated payment information and complete the checkout to update your payment method.

    If your account is past due, it will be paid at this time. Your next invoice will be paid on this new payment method.

    Not helpful b/c the screens don't work, no submit button shown, not clear a payment method is updated, I put in the new payment data twice, now I have four payment methods that are ALL the same in the list...Terrible.

    Hi Tom,

    You are likely on the old billing system which we admit is confusing and why we've released a new one. To move to the new billing platform, go to your account, choose a new plan and go through the checkout to record your preferred payment method. All your items will be synced to a single payment method and billing date.
