Create a New Snapshot

  1. From a Cloud Edit page, click Create Snapshot from the right-hand menu or click the New Snapshot button above the Snapshots grid on the Snapshots tab.
  2. The Extract Snapshot from Cloud dialog appears.

    Select a Snapshot Template from the Template dropdown.

    Select a Category for your Snapshot. This field is required, and you will at least have a Default category available.

    Give the Snapshot a name and description to help you identify it.

    Click Extract Snapshot from Cloud to continue.

  3. A message will be shown to verify that your Snapshot has been scheduled.

    You will be notified when the Snapshot is ready and has been placed in the Snapshots tab of the Snapshots page.
